    We usually ship our products within 2 business days. If this differs, it will be stated on the product page. 

  • Shipping time within the Netherlands
    Within the Netherlands our packages are shipped via PostNL, which usually delivers within 1–2 business days. 

  • Delivery time Belgium
    To Belgium our packages are sent via PostNL, which usually delivers within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping costs
    The shipping costs are variable and are automatically calculated at checkout. The amount depends on the weight and the destination country of the order.

  • Shipping method

    • PostNL (Netherlands)

    • PostNL International (abroad)

  • Track & trace information
    If you choose shipping with track & trace, you will receive the code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery time deviations
    We strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe. In exceptional cases, delivery times may vary; in that case, we will notify you by email. During holidays and other busy periods, shipping services may experience longer delivery times.

  • Not at home or failed delivery
    Many of our packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't need to be home to receive them.
    If a package does not fit through the mailbox and you are not at home, it will be delivered to your neighbours or taken to the nearest parcel point.

Not completely satisfied? No problem, returns are possible under the following conditions.

Return conditions

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. retourneren.

  • The product needs to be:

    • unused.

    • in original condition.

    • Earrings may only be returned in their original sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.

How do I return my order?

1. Send an email to irene@sweetlittleliving.nl with your order number and that it concerns a return.
2. You will receive return instructions from us.
3. After receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the event of an error or damage on our part, we will of course contact you for a suitable solution.

Exceptions

Custom made or personalized products cannot be returned,
unless there is a defect or error.
