Within the Netherlands our packages are shipped via PostNL, which usually delivers within 1–2 business days. -

To Belgium our packages are sent via PostNL, which usually delivers within 2–4 business days. -

The shipping costs are variable and are automatically calculated at checkout. The amount depends on the weight and the destination country of the order. -

Track & trace information
If you choose shipping with track & trace, you will receive the code by email as soon as your order has been shipped. -
Delivery time deviations
We strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe. In exceptional cases, delivery times may vary; in that case, we will notify you by email. During holidays and other busy periods, shipping services may experience longer delivery times. -
Not at home or failed delivery
Many of our packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't need to be home to receive them.
If a package does not fit through the mailbox and you are not at home, it will be delivered to your neighbours or taken to the nearest parcel point.

How do I return my order?
1. Send an email to irene@sweetlittleliving.nl with your order number and that it concerns a return.
2. You will receive return instructions from us.
3. After receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount.

Custom made or personalized products cannot be returned,
